Welcome to The Avery Point Group’s Supply Chain Candidate Registry – a platform created specifically to offer supply chain professionals an effective and confidential way to connect with prospective career opportunities.
As a seasoned professional, you know that securing the right position requires more than listing your credentials on arbitrary job boards. It demands discretion, recognition of your unique expertise, and a partnership with an executive search firm that genuinely comprehends the supply chain talent landscape. The Avery Point Group invites you to consider our Supply Chain Candidate Registry over traditional job boards.
Unlike declaring your active search status on LinkedIn and mainstream job boards, where your profile status can face the risk of being mishandled or exposed to your current employer, our Candidate Registry alleviates these concerns. Our Candidate Registry is a closed, exclusive system powered by Bullhorn, our applicant tracking system (ATS), which ensures absolute confidentiality. All profiles and resumes are held with utmost discretion and are never shared with any party unless approved by the candidate. Thus, your privacy and your intrinsic value as a potential candidate are strictly maintained.
In most scenarios, we do not publicly advertise all of our supply chain jobs and career opportunities as clients regularly engage us confidentially due to the competitive advantage that critical supply chain skills and capabilities bring to an organization. Instead, we first leverage our Supply Chain Candidate Registry to discreetly connect directly with professionals in this database about these hidden, high-potential jobs and career opportunities.
Our Supply Chain Candidate Registry is geared toward mid-to senior-level executive supply chain professionals in areas such as sourcing & procurement, logistics, supply & demand planning (S&OP), inventory management, distribution, operations, strategic sourcing, supply chain design, transportation, and warehouse management.
Our Candidate Registry plays a crucial role in our supply chain executive search and recruitment process. It serves as an invaluable conduit to new market jobs and career opportunities, catering to both active candidates seeking an immediate career change and passive candidates open to hearing about new rewarding opportunities as they arise. As our clients engage us on new supply chain jobs and opportunities, our first source for supply chain talent is our rapidly expanding Supply Chain Candidate Registry. As a result, our Candidate Registry provides you with confidential access to numerous career opportunities.
Your supply chain expertise deserves the right platform. Through our Supply Chain Candidate Registry and consistent updates on LinkedIn, The Avery Point Group can help guide you to new supply chain jobs and career opportunities that will better resonate with your professional objectives and goals.
